Hey there,

2015 was a big year for me and my family. I got engaged to my now husband, We had our first child and we started this awesome blog: Grace Power and Beauty – in a goal to make myself the best mother and wife I could be, I started learning in area of fitness, health, beauty, travel, food and lifestyle.

With all my learning, I needed a place to share my knowledge, and that’s why I created this! Trying to help woman and men across the country and across the globe, all from my little home in Santa Barbara.
